NORDIC COPPER MILL IS A BEAUTIFUL AND SIMPLE COPPER GRINDER IN SCANDINAVIAN STYLE FOR SALT AND PEPPER OR OTHER DRIED SPICES SUCH AS CUMIN, CORIANDER, CARDAMOM ETC.
It is exclusively custom-made 'Nordic Copper mill' at Alexander Handcrafted Mills without chisels and simply imprinted with a discreet "Alexander Salt" and "Alexander Pepper"
The Nordic copper mill is made of solid copper with a thickness of 1 mm and a solid, cast grinder that is designed so that it grinds your spices optimally.
Nordic Salt is 20 cm high, Nordic pepper is 23 cm. Diameter is 4 cm.
The salt grinder has a special insert and a grinder that protects the metal from corrosion.
The 3-part grinding mechanism first guides the spice down into the mechanism, after which it is coarsely ground and finally completely finely ground.
The solid quality can be clearly felt when you hold a grinder - they weigh well and are a pleasure to work with in the kitchen. Weight 400-520 grams.
