At Swadha's, all UK orders are processed and shipped out within 2 to 12 working days.
It may take longer to process and ship orders due current unexpected worldwide shipping & logistics backlog and postal strikes.
All International orders will be delivered within 10 - 30 days.
No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday and public/bank holidays.
Orders of multiple different products may arrive at different dates and times.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that become lost or delayed in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything we can to assist you - please email us at contact@swadhas.com if you require assistance.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTICE
We would like our international customers to know when shipping orders internationally there may be additional charges incurred when the order is processed through customs. Charges such as import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The charges are assessed by the receiving country's customs office and are determined by the listed value of the package. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the delivering freight/shipping company. Please do not confuse these with shipping charges from Swadha's.

We do not ship with 'PO Box' address.
Currently we do not ship to Europe, China, Russia & Hongkong.

Received A Different Design
Sometimes, we may have the same product available in different presentations. This means that the manufacturer has updated the packaging, box design, colors, or labeling of the product. While we transition to the new presentation, you might receive either the previous or the updated version when you place an order. Rest assured, the quality and formulation of the product remain the same, regardless of the packaging.
